Senior Analog IC Designer 　

Job Description:
In this role, your specific responsibility is to work with design team and be responsible for all aspects of the design cycle:
specification development,
conceptual design,
transistor level design,
circuit layout supervision,
design validation testing,
Presentation at design reviews.
Requirements:
A MSEE with a minimum of 3 years experience or a BSEE with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Proven experience in analog integrated circuit design, simulation, layout and test
Be able to lead the design team and mentor less experienced team members
Understanding semiconductor process/devices, layout tools and VHDL-A or other high level modeling language

Work with customers and marketing team to determine product requirements and define the IC system and architecture based on the requirements
Analyze/simulate and experiment the IC in a range of applications

Requirements:
A MSEE and 3+ years relevant experience
