Description
 
Job Description: Responsible for the development, communication, and delivery of relocation programs. Acts as consultant to stakeholders and customers in the formation and implementation of relocation packages. Other responsibilities may include the following: manages special relocation projects such as group moves, delivers training to management staffs on relocation guidelines, cost containment programs, and processes. Interprets corporate HR policies with regard to resolving relocation issues. Interfaces with functional operations that support relocating employees, for example, Staffing, Payroll, Tax, Accounts Payable. Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
 
Qualifications
You must possess a Master's degree in a related discipline with more than five years of experience in HR (preferably in Relocation management). Overseas education or working experience would be an added advantage.
