【產(chǎn)通社，3月24日訊】MPEG LA, LLC消息，其已更新HEVC專利組合許可的覆蓋范圍，使其符合HEVC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如Recommendation ITU-T H.265 v2（10/2014）中所定義）的最新修訂。此次更新之后，HEVC專利組合許可所覆蓋的規(guī)格（profile）現(xiàn)包括：

  ·格式范圍擴(kuò)展規(guī)格：Monochrome、Monochrome 12、Monochrome 16、Main 12、Main 4:2:2 10、Main 4:2:2 12、Main 4:4:4、Main 4:4:4 10、Main 4:4:4 12、Main Intra、Main 10 Intra、Main 12 Intra、Main 4:2:2 10 Intra、Main 4:2:2 12 Intra、Main 4:4:4 Intra、Main 4:4:4 10 Intra、Main 4:4:4 12 Intra、Main 4:4:4 16 Intra、Main 4:4:4 Still Picture與Main 4:4:4 16 Still Picture
  ·格式范圍擴(kuò)展高通量規(guī)格：高通量4:4:4 16 Intra
  ·使用一個(gè)或多個(gè)HEVC規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品的當(dāng)前專利權(quán)費(fèi)率保持不變。

MPEG LA的目標(biāo)是在全球范圍內(nèi)幫助許可證持有人獲得盡可能多的HEVC基本知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。如果任何一方認(rèn)為自己擁有對(duì)HEVC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如Recommendation ITU-T H.265 v2 （10/2014）所定義）至關(guān)重要的專利且希望參與HEVC專利組合許可，MPEG LA均歡迎他們提交專利由MPEG LA的專利專家對(duì)其進(jìn)行重要性評(píng)估，一旦確定所提交專利至關(guān)重要，則會(huì)將其納入許可協(xié)議中。相關(guān)方可在如下鏈接申請獲得管理專利申請的條款和程序的副本http://www.mpegla.com/main/programs/HEVC/Pages/Licensors.aspx。
