
【產(chǎn)通社,2月8日訊】意法半導(dǎo)體(STMicroelectronics)網(wǎng)站消息,Tjerk Hooghiemstra已經(jīng)于2010年2月1日加入意法半導(dǎo)體,擔(dān)任意法半導(dǎo)體執(zhí)行副總裁兼首席行政官,Hooghiemstra向意法半導(dǎo)體首席執(zhí)行官卡羅•伯佐提(Carlo Bozotti)報告。
意法半導(dǎo)體設(shè)立這個新職務(wù)旨在于優(yōu)化人力資源、員工健康與安全、教育培訓(xùn)、法律、內(nèi)部傳播、保安和企業(yè)責(zé)任等部門的職能,在各個職能部門中產(chǎn)生協(xié)同效應(yīng)。
Hooghiemstra 1956年生于荷蘭,擁有豐富的行政管理經(jīng)驗,曾擔(dān)任Hay Group公司的顧問,皇家飛利浦電子公司的全球人力資源主管,兼任飛利浦集團(tuán)公司管理委員會委員。他最近期的工作是迪拜(阿聯(lián)酋)Majid Al Futtaim Group執(zhí)行副總裁。在擔(dān)任這些職務(wù)期間,Hooghiemstra領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過以跨職能、業(yè)務(wù)和地區(qū)的重構(gòu)流程、規(guī)章制度、考評工具和系統(tǒng)為目標(biāo)的大型企業(yè)重構(gòu)項目。Hooghiemstra在鹿特丹Erasmus大學(xué)取得經(jīng)濟學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。
Tjerk Hooghiemstra is Executive Vice President of STMicroelectronics, responsible for the Company’s Human Resources, Health and Safety, Education, Legal, Internal Communication, Security, and Corporate Responsibility, and has held this position since February 2010.
Hooghiemstra began his career at AMRO Bank. Later he joined HayGroup, a leading global HR consultancy, where he rose through the ranks to become the European head of HayMcBer, the group’s HR and leadership development arm, in 1991. Five years later, Hooghiemstra joined Philips Consumer Electronics as Managing Director of Human Resources. In 2000, he was appointed a member of Royal Philips Electronics’ Group Management Committee, responsible for Corporate Human Resources of the 160,000-employee global electronics group. In this position, Hooghiemstra successfully developed global HR processes, policies and tools across all Philips’ businesses, establishing leading-edge talent and leadership development programs. In 2007-2009, Hooghiemstra served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, at the Majid Al Futtaim retail and real-estate group in Dubai, UAE.
