【產通社，3月4日訊】HDMI Licensing, LLC消息，HDMI 1.4a版本增強了3D應用內容，包括面向廣播內容的強制性3D格式，以及與Top-and-Bottom有關的3D格式。今天同時發(fā)布的還有1.4a版本符合性測試規(guī)范（Compliance Test Specification Version 1.4a），即HDMI CTS 1.4a。
The latest HDMI Specification adds key enhancements to support the market requirements for bringing broadcast 3D content into the home:
The addition of Top-and-Bottom to the Specification.
The addition of two mandatory formats for broadcast content:
Side-by-Side Horizontal
Top-and-Bottom
With the addition of these two mandatory formats, the HDMI Specification Version 1.4a provides a level of interoperability for devices designed to deliver 3D content over the HDMI connection.
