《電子行業(yè)行為準(zhǔn)則》(Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition, EICC) (前身為Electronic Industry Code of Conduct)，旨在電子行業(yè)的全球供應(yīng)鏈中，建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的社會(huì)責(zé)任感行為環(huán)境安全、工人得到尊重，同時(shí)規(guī)范，以確保電子行業(yè)及信息通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的工作確保在制造過(guò)程履行必要的環(huán)保責(zé)任。

該準(zhǔn)則由一系列的基本規(guī)范組成，涉及勞工和招聘、健康安全、環(huán)境責(zé)任、管理系統(tǒng)和道德規(guī)范等，為提高供應(yīng)商在道德、勞工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、環(huán)保和健康安全方面的表現(xiàn)，EICC提供了和諧的解決方案。

目前，許多公司開(kāi)始關(guān)注EICC。任何電子行業(yè)或信息通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)均可自愿采用EICC最終延展到企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈及其分包商。

Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC, previously Electronic Industry Code of Conduct) aims to establish standardized social responsibility code of conduct throughout the global supply chain of electronic industry, which is to ensure safe working conditions, respect of workers and performance of necessary environmental responsibilities in the process of production. The criterion consists of a series of basic rules concerning labor, recruitment, health and safety, environmental responsibilities, management system and ethical norms etc. To improve suppliers' performance in ethics, labor standard,
environmental protection, health and safety, EICC provides harmonious solutions.

Now, many companies begin to pay attention to EICC. Any company in the electronic or IT industry can voluntarily choose to adopt EICC, and finally extend it to the company's supply chain and its subcontractors.
